Abour The Arena
Newbridge Arena is part of the Town of Hempstead
Parks system. Indepentently managed, it is an example of public private partnership at it's best. Serving the community with

Seating
In June, 2006, all of the boards and hockey boxes were completley redone. The rink looks beautiful. There is a significant
amount of bleacher seating in the Arena and they all provide excellent views down on to the ice. We recommend that you use
the tiered seats to the left of the entrance doors as these afford the best perspective. The Arena doors will open at 5:30
and the Exhibition will begin at 6:00PM. You must have your ticket in hand in order to be admitted into the arena.

Skating School
The Newbridge Arena Skating School is open every day during the skating season. Our hours are: Mon: 10-5, Tues: 10-2:30,
Wed: 3-5, Thurs: 10-2:30, Fri: 10-5, Sat: 11-5, Sun: 11-5. We offer a wide range of skating programs from our nationally recognized
U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills Learn to Skate small group lessons, through our Freestyle Figure Skating Training Center.
Our administrative staff is small but dedicated so if you leave us a message we will get back to you even if it takes a few
days!
Our coaches are among the best in the sport with a history of developing medal winning competitors. Because of this fine
training we are able to present to you some of the most talented and exciting regional, sectional, narional, and international
skaters during our exhibition.
